Java blurry

Anything that loads java makes my screen blurry. Close java and it goes back to normal. Anyone have any idea why and how to stop it?

I'm using a evga 6800 ultra and a viewsonic PT813 in XP. Java 1.4.2_06.

Wierdest thing I've ever seen.
 
I think Java has hooks into DirectX. Not really sure, just saw something in newsgroups about it. Glad it worked. 🙂
 
That comes up on here every now and then. It's probably a couple months buried by now but if you dig deep you can find a more in depth explanation (not that you need it now that it's fixed 🙂).
