wtf, no bleu cheese? wtf, no pepper jack? I'm not voting.

blue cheese is usually a variant of brie or camembert iirc?

And i thought pepper jack was a cheddar variant...

Brie and Cammembert are not blue cheeses. Roquefort and Gorgonzola are, among others (stilton too I think).

Damn, can't believe i forgot Gorgonzola ;)

Adding now :D

Man, I realized cheese is as bad as wine is. Gimme something that tastes good with what it comes with, I don't care what it's called!

As i said, isn't pepper jack just mild cheddar with chilli?

If it is, there's no way it's getting added :p

WTF would they call it Pepper "jack" if it was cheddar? All that drinking is getting to your brain... or do all aussies think it's made with cheddar?

Cheese for what purpose?

Since it seems to be for "eating by itself", I've sampled several types of goat cheese that blow away cheddar cheese. Personally, on crackers though, for something relatively easy to come by, I'd go with a 5 or 6 year aged cheddar. (I have a well known cheese place 5 miles from me..)
