Japan's has a boob vending machine

if you're shopped on DealExtreme.com you surely would recognize the items, the fact that they're in a vending machine though is highly odd and funny.
 
Those machines need to be located in Sweden. The vast majority of Japanese women are flat chested. What does the machine dispense? Miniature pancakes with nipples?
