Japanese Xbox?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone has any concrete information about the compatability of a Japanese Xbox 360 with American games? I live in Japan so getting the system is no problem, but I would really like to be able to play American games, too. Any info is appreciated.

The Xbox 360, and its games, are region based.

An NTSC (USA) region game sold here in the US will not work on a Japanese console, and vica versa
(even though i think the japanese ones are NTSC also, but are of a different region base)
