japanese sentence questions

I'm trying to figure out how to say "...must be 2 minutes long?!?!" from looking at my dictionary, I would guess it's something like
nakereba nibun o kakarimasu ka.

help me out

What I wrote does not mean "has to be", but more like "If it's sunny, it must be 2pm"

If you want "...has to be 2 minutes long" then it should be, "nifunkan de nakereba narimasen". There's a lot of different ways of saying it though so this is just one of them. The problem is, you're asking how to say something without giving what needs to be 2 mins long. If it was a game, the particles would be different than if you were talking about a tv show or something.
