Can I use US controllers and memory cards without a problem? My gf is telling me that if I use a US memory card, the japanese text gets all truncated and that controllers are not compatible due to region and license problems....can anyone confirm?
 
controllers work fine...memory cards should work fine if theyre blank, otherwise it'll probably erase your US data from what I've heard (that's if you try to save a Japanese game of course)
 
There is no region control on controllers and mem cards AFAIK. Like someone said, you will loose what ever is in the mem card.
 
Both controllers and memory cards will work. You do not have to format your memory card in order to save a Japanese game.
