I read something on another site that is a bit concerning. The implication is that this whole dog and pony show coming up is to create enough 'objection' to get the end result tossed over to the House. From there, it could go to a point where each state gets one vote and all they would need is 26.

Thoughts?
The odds of this are zero.

You and others keep being this same shit up. It ain’t fucking happening. The Democratically controlled house isn’t going to go along with it. The Senate ultimately won’t either. Both have to in order the for the election to be thrown to the HOR to decide. Stop listening to morons who are shitting their pants over things that are not happening.

People said it would be over on November 3rd.
People said it would be over on December 14th.
People are saying it will be over on January 6th.
Will the Georgians be seated before then?
Where will be be on January 21st?

It’s been over for a long time in case you didn’t notice.

If you think it’s not, please detail to us your scenario where Biden is not the president on the 20th.

The only time each state gets to vote is if neither candidate gets 270 electoral votes meaning there is a tie. Biden has 306 votes, there will not be a one vote per state vote in the house, that ship sunk already. And to be honesty, I don't think Trump would get the majority even if there was a one vote per state vote in the house because there are many republican's in the house that do not support Trump being the next President. Don't let the "140" republican's are going to contest the results make you believe that they include every red state, because they don't.

I just read that, instead of a parade, Biden will get an escort to the white house with members from each branch of the military, a marching band and a drum band. It's billed as a way keep the crowds down during the peak of the pandemic.

If a group of MAGAturds shows up, it could get interesting.
Are Army marching band members armed with real rifles, or are they props?

Yes. But, in the end this will fail. The dems control the house so its not going anywhere. All that these scumbags are doing is they are appealing to Trump's base. That's it. They could care less about Trump. They want his votes. Also, they don't have a spine, and are afraid of getting attacked on Twitter by Trump.

I think the big concern should be the street violence that might occur when Biden is certified as POTUS.
I fully expect violence on the 6th, especially in DC, maybe Portland, possibly in some other cities.

I feel reasonably sure that Trump's advisors will convince him that he should resign before Biden takes office, and get a pardon from Pence for a laundry list of felonies, other crimes and misdemeanors that Trump has committed while in office. So the real question here is "Will Pence do the right thing and NOT PARDON DONALD TRUMP".

Never happen, resigning that is. That would be to admit defeat, and his mental illness(es) won't allow him to ever admit defeat. He will go out whining like the bitches he is, still claiming he won, but was robbed.... for the rest of his miserable life.

And he will pardon himself, just to f**k with the country on the way out.

I hope he does try to pardon himself rather than resign and hope Pence pardon's him. This way, the SCOTUS can rule that he cannot pardon himself, meaning that he is subject to being charged for every crime he has committed with no way to be pardoned since he is out of office.

The disgust is spreading:

If the Dems control the senate, plus house and POTUS they need to act quickly to overturn every Republican vote as quickly as possible.

They also need to go after Trump. Throw him in jail. Go after anyone who defies the constitution. Lets see if they have the guts to do the right thing.

Pence has released a letter that says he believes he does not have the authority to set aside any votes so that answers that.

Who cares if he attends or formalizes the transition?

He acted like a dumb child for 4 years and now is the point where you say "Be a big boy and complete the transition like a grownup" ?
