The belief in big government/progressives

now you're just being a partisan dickbag. so what if their view (which you purport) is different from yours?

...I'll just go out and say your opposing view is considerably more wrong, an argument that has as much conviction as the pablum you endlessly scatter all over these forums.

Am I really partisan? I am against the democrats and republicans. I didn't vote for either in November 2012. My problem is with people who support big government and dont obey the Constitution so acorn falls into this group.

We dont need more of these groups which support big government

What is my view? You hardly know anything about my views.

What do you mean when you say "support big government"? That's a pretty nebulous statement.

I would ask what part of the Constitution they're not "obeying", but don't want to muddy the issue...

They predominantly supported the democrats who want big government and I haven't seen anything from them about reducing government.

You're still doing it. You seem incapable of honest and intelligent discussion.

.. and yet you keep trying.

It's either noble or naive.. can't decide which. :)

As for O'Keefe.. couldn't happen to a more deserving asshole. (Except Breitbart himself, but he's dead.)

right. so, why do you think yours is the only viable political philosophy?

don't you see what an obvious tool you are? by presenting your horseshit biases as undeniable certainties?

PS: you're a tool.

When I registered to vote about a dozen years ago, I first went to the post office, nope told me you can't register there. I then on a suggestion tried a library, nope can't register there either. Election center, there isn't one anywhere near me that I'm aware of or could find. Ah, the DMV though, that turned out to be the place. But I only did that when I renewed my license, and who the hell is going to wait 3 hours in line to register to vote when they don't need to renew their license or will renew their license and pay the fee associated with it when they don't need to?

In the end, it was by no means easy for me to register to vote. I was a part time employed college student with a decent amount of privilege and free time and it was a giant pain in the ass to register. Now imagine if you're a working poor or lower middle class?

Though considering who I'm talking to you probably assume that a working poor is in an abandoned building smoking crack while plotting what next they're going to steal from a Republican.

And this is why having an intelligent conversation with you is like trying to keep the weather out with a screen door.

FTFY. What does that link have to do with my post or the thread?

Good lord you are stupid as hell, the dems wanted a deal to make cuts to spending with the GOP, the GOP agreed (one side would cut domestic spending, one side would cut military spending as a bargain), then the GOP renegged on the deal.

Is reading also a weakness for you?

You're still deflecting. This thread isn't about Sproul. Do you not know what deflect means? Look through my comments as see if I ever said Sproul is fine.

You demonize ACORN and defend Sproul......too bad that is logically incompatible.

Say whatever you want to try to defend yourself, but you have shown all of P&N that you are an ignorant partisan troll. GG.

I pointed out (correctly) your double standard from my old thread where you defended him. Unless you are want to lie again and claim you didn't' defend him?

...and what are "their views" exactly?

The committed the sin of helping people...GOP doesn't allow that sort of thing, since they don't like people working against them.

From wiki:
The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) was a collection of community-based organizations in the United States that advocated for low- and moderate-income families by working on neighborhood safety, voter registration, health care, affordable housing, and other social issues. At its peak ACORN had over 500,000 members and more than 1,200 neighborhood chapters in over 100 cities across the U.S.,[3][4] as well as in Argentina, Canada, Mexico, and Peru.[5] ACORN was founded in 1970 by Wade Rathke and Gary Delgado.[6] It filed for Chapter 7 liquidation on November 2, 2010, effectively closing the organization,.[7] Many ACORN members and organizers formed new state-wide organizations.[8]

Sounds like some horrible things they did, at least according to the trolls here. Guess that is why Matt1970 and Incorruptible hate them, can't you just tell it was a front for Sharia law?

Arguing with you is pointless as you appear to have difficulty understanding simple concepts. It seems to be rightwing thing, as being able to think gets you kicked out of the republican party.

Also Acorn was required to turn in all registrations, thats how it works. It is no surprise you didn't know a simple thing like that, but again, that requires reasoning.

Incorruptible, Matt1970, Phokus... the Three Stooges at it again.

I'd say it's amazing how profoundly childish and idiotic you three are... but there's nothing amazing about it; it's expected.

Getting informed of a requirement does not equal reasoning. Of corse they have to turn in all registrations. That's to keep things honest.

I'm waiting....

You know, proving a known troll is wrong isn't the highest of my life priorities, just so you know. I linked a prev thread on the last page....

You are right, this is nothing like ACORN. Thanks for pointing that out. This is one employee at a private company not doing his job. ACORN received government funding and had over a dozen Felony convictions.

So unless you are lying, you clearly think that ACORn is bad, and Sproul's company is OK....you clearly state "nothing like ACORN".

Sproul's company and ACORN had similar (but Sproul's was worse) issues, yet you give a pass to him, and continue to demonize ACORN.

So yes, double standard once again exposed. Your welcome. I'll wait for my apology from you since you are obviously wrong.

phokus and zsdersw would be much more suitable as part of the three stooges with some other left wing hack.

The only idiot is you with your childish attacks on me.

You really got me there. Even from your link Sproul had a total of 2 people facing charges? LOL. Ya, that's the same as the laundry list of people convicted at Acorn.

He thinks he is middle of the road. Another one of those "Independents" that has probably never voted for a Republican in their lifetime.

I'm more middle-of-the-road and independent than you will ever be.

Recent Republicans I've voted for include Scott Walker and Senator Ron Johnson.
