Got my kid a jamcam 3.0 for christmas, and I'm trying to test it out. I can't get the software to read from the camera. I only get blanks were the "thumbnails" should be and when I click download it pauses and crashes (jamcamapp.exe application error). I'm using the newest drivers from their website and they indicate that it works with XP as long as I upgrade both the driver and the app (which I did).

Anyone got this working on XP???
