Jamal Lewis - what's his fantasy value w/ the impending trial?

How much do you think this trial hurts Lewis' stock this year? I have a money league draft today, and I am undecided on how high to value him... right now my top 5 backs are LT, Holmes, Green, McAllister, then I think Lewis... should he be higher/lower?

I'd put him at no. 3 behind Holmes and LT. Lewis won't miss a game.

I'd move him down just a little. Hi might miss some games (which, in FF can be devastating when your main horse is out 2 or 3 weeks). Even if he doesn't miss games, he will be distracted and kept out of practice, which will probably reduce his effectiveness somewhat. I put him at #7 on my draft board.

This was my thinking as well... I don't wanna take him if he even misses 1 or 2 games.

let me ask you this - in a 12 team draft with reversing draft order, where would you want to pick? my thinking is 4, so I am guaranteed either LT, Holmes, Green or McAllister/Lewis, while keeping to the middle of the order, so I'm not dead last in the 2nd round. what do you think?
