on the ipad 4, I 've been experiencing some springboard reboot issues usually from task switching i'm not sure if it's from applocker (to stop the kids from messing around the settings) or bitesms or just general too much installing/uninstalling clutter
i read apple stop signing? older ios firmware, does that mean there might be some activation issue if i don't upgrade to ios 7?
what's the best way to reset (erase all content and settings)/format and still keep ios 6
