Here in CA., jail is 2 years or less and prison is 2 years or more. If you get a 2 year sentence, your crime determines where you go. 😉

Prison is like a ski resort with bars. Same crappy room, same uncomfortable bed, same lousy toilet. add a library, computer room, and an outdoor recreational area.
