Makes me reconsider my imminent purchase of the TL Type-S. Caught this information from an article in AMI Auto World Weekly Feb 13, 2001.

AWD standard!

3.0 with manual, 0-60 in 6.6 seconds.
3.0 with auto, 0-60 in 7.1 seconds.
2.5 with manual, 0-60 in 7.9 seconds.
2.5 with auto, 0-60 in 8.5 seconds.

16 inch alloy wheels standard, 17 inch alloy wheels for the Sport Package.

It's comparable to the TL Type-S, but for the 3.0 with manual and sport package, I'd guess it would be close to $35k.

I really wish Acura would come out with an AWD TL Type-S. =)

Damn, nice site... thanks for the link. The pics on that site makes the car look even better. One thing I like about European cars... there's not much space between the wheel and the wheel well. Makes it look so much more sporty.
