Jade Empire

Played Jade Empire on 360, I really enjoyed it. More action than Kotor, and I like how you start off as very respected. In most games you start off as a nobody and work your way up. Only problem was some imbalances that made the latter part of the game, and last boss fight, pretty easy if you exploit those imbalances. Notably, the stone immortal stuff that freezes an opponent and you can keep recasting.
