Jacuzzi to shower question

Would it be a bad idea, aesthetically, to turn a jacuzzi in a jacuzzi/shower? Right now, I have a jacuzzi and a very small shower stall right next to it (4'x4'?). I want to turn the jacuzzi into a jacuzzi/shower by installing glass sliding doors and a shower head and turn the shower stall into a linen closet. Good idea? Bad idea? About how much would it cost to get a professional to do this?
 
Sounds like a nice idea, but it wouldn't be cheap to have it done. If you go the DIY route and haven't done stuff like this before / aren't handy with this type of thing, it could turn into a nightmare.
