Jackson applied for credit under the false names in 2007 but he was rejected. The applications involved properties he owned.
He feared that if he used his real name, his applications would be flagged up as high risk. He had a credit score in the US of 447 - among the worst two per cent of American people.
He had been restricted to a credit limit of just £245 on one of his credit cards.
Documents also showed that he failed to pay a £15 phone bill.
It is illegal to give a fake name when applying for money to a financial institution.
In the US, offenders can face up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Wow that is probably lower then most people here.
