Yeah, the entire NY Rangers team was supposed to be staying at the hotel inside the WTC as well. I'll dig around for the article if I get a chance. Apparently they moved their training camp due to lack of locker space at the proposed training facility (near the WTC).
<< Chan was to have starred in Nosebleed as a Manhattan window cleaner who foils a terrorist scheme to blow up the Statue of Liberty. Backers MGM say it is still to early to say whether the film's content will now be altered. >>
I'd say it's safe to say that movie's script is in the shredder now..
man, i know a lot of people who missed being at the WTC from silly things like "waking up late" or "missing the train". its kinda scarey how those little things which are normally seen as as bad, saved their lives.

more like revised, i'm sure it was being revised or had a part being rewriten which is why it was late. they were already shooting, the movie could be half done

Makes me wonder if I missed a car accident jus because I left the house 5 mins late... :/
I live in a very small upper middle-class NY suburb and we have a lot of NY execs in my town. Fortunately, there was a power outage the night before, so almost everyone was late to work. We only lost 4 people I think (of 8000), but had that power outage not occured, it probably would have been closer to 100.
