Jack that uses exhaust gases

It's not a good idea to jack up a running car for a variety of reasons. Also, it seems like the underside of a lot of cars would wreak havoc on that vinyl-looking material. And what stops a car from just rolling off the side of that thing?
It might be fun to take with you into the office and release a bagful of CO in your boss's office. Then again maybe not.

They've been advertised for awhile now in 4x4 mags as a way to get "unstuck". I don't see a problem with them, as long as you don't stand there and take deep breaths when you're letting them down.

THe issue I see with these is with the bag punching through the sheetmetal on the bottom of the vehicle. If you can make sure that it only contacts the frame, it should be good, but I don't see that working with a unibody like my Grand Cherokee that only has a small chassis rail on the bottom.. And especially not a car.
