There's a whole lot of variety in both of those brands. The Slim Jim product that I normally associate with the name is the cylindrical shaped ground up and compressed meat. Those are crap. But they make product that is similar to Jack's Links, and that's pretty good. It's jucier than Jack's Links. They also have a deli style jerky that is pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of Jack's Links, they're usually too dry or tough for my taste. Tillamook is where it's at.
