Jack in the Box Southwest Chicken Salad

hi, my name is gopunk, and i'm addicted to jack in the box's southwest chicken salad


has anybody else had these? they're so good! lots of lettuce, nice spiced chicken, some beans, corn, cheese, and grape tomatos. i wish they'd chop up the tomatos instead of provide them whole, but other than that, it's great! highly recommended... about 5 bucks for a fast and decently healthy meal.

dressing != healthy

Read the label. I'm sure it's mostly hydrogenated oil, corn syrup, and preservatives.
One salad's worth of dressing usually has between 16-25 grams of fat or more.

i said *decently*... and you don't have to use all the dressing, if any. they provide it in a separate packet, so that you can decide how much of it to use.
