JA-Rule's New Video Changed! Now Women Throwing Panties!

Ja Rule changed the concept for his next video because he thought the James Bond-style scenario would be too heavy in light of the recent terrorist attacks. The video for "Always On Time" was going to show Ja Rule being a captured by a woman spy and tied up on boat with ticking time bomb. Just before the bomb went off, Ja would be rescued by another woman. Now, the video will show Ja Rule rapping onstage while screaming women throw their panties at him
