Trump could pressure Vance into resigning, upon which the RNC have a rule allowing for a replacement to be chosen somehow, I would think. Vance is a sycophant though, so he won’t.

Lol! .... Here's a good one: An announcement that Vance was going to rehab. And the Trump team leaking something about an opioid addiction and Vance needs to step down to take care of it. Vance gets sent off on a nice little “vacation,” and Trump gets to pick a new running mate. Then they can also pivot to how opioids are destroying hard-working middle American families and Democrats are at fault.
Nah they’ll just give him money and promise a nice cushy Gov job or position.

Trump won’t replace him…like Gov. Pritzker said, Vance is Trump Mini-Me. Trump adores him…for now.

Dan Quayle?

How did Dan Quayle spell potato?

Dan Quayle's 'Potatoe' Incident – 1992
Feeding Frenzy
A minor slip-up by Vice President Dan Quayle hatched a frenzy and a long-running joke. Quayle led a spelling bee for sixth-grade students while visiting an elementary school in New Jersey in 1992. Working from an inaccurate flash card prepared by a teacher, he corrected William Figueroa, 12, when the child spelled "potato" on the blackboard – making the boy add an unnecessary "e" at the word's end.

Quayle would never hear the end of it. The media assault for this goof was truly relentless. The young Figueroa crystallized the effects of this incident on Quayle's public image when he said that it "showed that the rumors about the vice president are true – that he's an idiot."

Why am I not surprised?

The fucker can't even spell his own name Quail correctly!

LOL what's the first step in getting out of a hole....

That is fricking hilarious. Women (and Swifties) may win this election for Harris and this little turd will have a big part in that. Please keep doing interviews, JD.

Neither he nor any Republicans think they are in any peril in this election. They are confident and arrogant and basically just putting the dog whistles away. Hopefully they pay for it.

Should we accept that exception?
How the magats and vance twist around the fact he is married to practicing satanist (according to them) plus she a darkie I don’t know. I have noticed many magats have huge issue with it. Hinduism can be a beautiful faith or turned into excuse for great evil just like Christianity.

It is their naked, pure hypocrisy and transactional natures that is so appalling. At least be consistent with your hatred.

I think Trump will do what people around him tell him to do, to win. I'm sure his advisers are telling him to drop Vance asap otherwise "YOU WILL LOSE!!". I hope he keeps him...seems to be helping Dems for now.

I don't know about that.

I've worked for narcissist execs, albeit not close to Trump's level of lying and buffoonery or importance.

Narcissist bosses don't surround themselves with people that tell them "bad" things, they want toadies who tell them what they want to hear. Good news, and how great the boss is because of course he's responsible for the good news. It's really amazing and puke-worthy in action. The word "obsequious" doesn't have too many use cases but it's perfect for this.

Granted, there could be exceptions and he might have a few people he actually trusts, and listens to, and who will tell him the hard truths. Anyone like this is either some old friend or someone with independent wealth who doesn't sweat his job. The hired-on aide though? They'll be running for cover hoping the boss doesn't hear anything negative, trying to save their own skin and avoid blame.

JD still digging that hole trying to unearth the secret of getting women to vote for him.

Not sure this is going to get you there JD.
At a campaign stop in Ohio on Monday, J.D. Vance said that Kamala Harris shouldn’t lead America because she isn’t “grateful for it.” Vance told his nearly all-white crowd: “You know, what I see? Want to take bets here? Want to start a betting pool just in this auditorium? If you want to lead this country, you should feel grateful for it, a sense of gratitude. I never hear that gratitude come through when I listen to Kamala Harris.

Dang uppity ungrateful women! I hear they are setting up a women of color zoom session for Vance supporters; they have extra servers ready in case all three of them join.

The substance seems to be that women without children are worthless to society and should not have rights. Is that it?

Only white male property owners should have rights?
Please verify those questions are hyperbole.

I have my doubts he's capable of actually listening to a woman.
