j.crew fit/size question

anybody know if j.crew jeans run bigger/smaller than you'd expect?


I wear a 36x30 gap and those are right length and fit but in levi's the 30 length is too small

I'd like to go try on a pair : P, but transportation is lacking to a j.crew

anybody know how good their return policy is, thanks!

At least for the pants I ordered, they run hella lot bigger. Medium for me was like a large to extra large.

umm, they have different style jeans with different inseams.

maybe you should lose some weight fatty 🙂

I think JCrew runs tighter than the Levi's.

My Levi Low boot cut jeans are much bigger than the JCrew jeans i wear. Same size and length.

Most J.Crew jeans are made to fit the body like a glove. Get out the measuring tape and figure out your size.

No no no, they are too big; I can't wear them for the fear of them falling off. I don't know what they are called, some kind of sweat pants varient. Also, the medium shirts I order fitted like a large, which is a problem because these polos are not meant to be baggy. Oh well, lesson learned and archived.

I've found that J.Crew stuff is usually on the larger size. When I might normally buy a large shirt, with J.Crew I would order a medium.

yes, also their sweater. I got a medium size sweater and it was quite large. after I washed it once, it shrunk 😀 fit me perfectly now
