The only 2 Upgrade cpu's for that socket s939 would be either an Opteron-185 Or AMD FX-60.
If I were you I would just junk or sell what you have and try to get something a bit newer for the same price.

I wanted to say "everything", but looking at the Wiki page for your processor and socket it looks like you could drop in anything up to 6000+. If you could find the CPU for dirt cheap on ebay then why not. But like @Justinbaileyman said, sometimes it's just best to just put your money towards something newer. A lot newer.

I had the Toledo core. That was socket 939, but that was 90 nm. Brisbane was AM2.
