Iwill XP333-R mobo not booting with WIN XP

I've installed all my parts and reinstalled win XP. It begins booting and then my monitor goes to stand by mode and stays there. Power keeps on going and the hard drive sounds like it it loading. Any ideas on how to fix this?

First thing I would do is try resetting the bios. Then if that doesn't work..try the ol process of elimination thing. Take everything out except vid card and ram and then see if you boot up. If you still get no boot then try swapping out the ram and then move to the video card.
