Iwill XP333: FSB Jumper on Default FSB or 133?

is the jumper in the upper right hand corner of the board that deals with the FSB supposed to be on default (FSB100mHz) or can i move it to FSB 133mHz? I have an athlon xp 1900+ and a 2000+ that are going on this board (i have two of them). which is it supposed to be on for best performance? or does this have anything to do with overclocking?
 
nevermind i figured it out. it comes on default 100mHz incase you put in a processor that isnt 133FSB so it doesnt mess it all up. maybe thats wrong, but thats as much as me and amdman12ghz could come up with. so i guess if you get any of the decent athlons (duron800-xp2000+) it needs to be changed to FSB 133.
