Iwill XP333 and Alpha PAL8045

Dunno dude, it looks like it would be very close to fitting according to
the pics I'm looking at. If I find any info Ill post it here.
 
There are couple guys here that should know. It sounds as though it'd work okay on the latest 2.1 RAID boards, but the power connector on the 1.0 Non-RAID version may interfere.

Some of the early RAID boards also had a "sixth" capacitor that was near the CPU socket that interfered with larger HSFs. But that's been removed by Iwill.
 
So it sounds like a new one I order now should be compatable huh? That's good news. The recent non-raid version would work too, right?
