Iwill VD 133 shows no display

I just put together a new pc using an Iwill VD133 motherboard. When I first boot it up there is no display... although I can hear everything running... I am using a Diamond Stealth Extreme AGP card and I have tried using other PCI video cards and that does not help. Anyone have an idea on this?

Do you get beeps? Make sure that the video card is sitting properly, check all connections. My Matrox G400 wasn't.

No beeps... Video card in right... and have tried other cards through PCI...
