I just changed out my shuttle ak31a and xp2000 to a IWill P4HT and a 2.4B P4 with 512megs of Cosair 2700 memory. I changed out my old ps, which was a Antec pp403x to a True Power 380w and everything is working like a charm. I have the c1 stepping processor but, honestly, overclocking doesn't interst me that much anymore so I haven't gotten around to see what it would do. The thing seems plenty fast to me ( my MSI geforce4 ti440 went from a 3dm of 10190 to 12020 at stock settings). I really like having a QUIET machine for a change and this is the first pentium setup I've had in 4 years - I love it!
My question is, how good is IWill support? I can't find much on their website and I found only one bios update for this board so far on their global server with no explanation of what it did. Anyone have any experience with this group?

I gotta say, I really love their boards, but their support really really sucks. Even the Iwill BBS doesn't have Iwill techs on it. I've left numorous messages on the Tech Line (The only way to get a hold of a tech via phone), but not once have a recieved a reply. I have yet to try their E-mail, support, but if the phone support is bad, you really can't rely on it either. :p

I figured after checking out their website that support was bad..... I managed to find a newer bios for it than the one the board came with but there is no explanation what the new bios does and I haven't flashed it yet since there doesn't seem to be a need to. I really like the board so far, beyond the color and the glowing chipset heatsink (which I can't see because I have a closed case), it seems very stable. Oh well, I've never had to deal with tech support very much before and, knock on wood, maybe not for this board either.
