Iwill Slocket II question

Hi.

1. How do I tell if my CPU is PPGA or FCPGA?

2. I have a dual-CPU motherboard, but I will only be using 1 slocket and 1 CPU. Should I set the jumper on the slocket for "Single" or "Dual" operation?

Thanks for your assistance.

Older chips were PPGA, newer ones FCPGA which includes all of the CuMine PIII processors and the Celerons above a certain point (600MHZ?)

Anywho, with the PPGA, the core was on the bottom of the chip with the top of the chip being flat. With FCPGA, the core is on the top hence the name "flip-chip".

Does anyone know of a slocket converter that will work with an ULV (Ultra Low Voltage) P3 chip? I have a P3 (FCPGA) with speedstep and it operates under 1.3 volts, but the IWILL slocket II converter only goes as low as 1.3.
