Iwill RMA Process - How Is It?

Has anyone tried RMA'ing a MB through Iwill. They are only 30 minutes from me. I once had to RMA an Abit MB and I shouldn't have even tried. I wonder how good the service is with Iwill or should I just go back to the reseller (which is more of a hassle).
