In my experience, Iwill is a very good performing motherboard usually found with very good features and pricing.
I do not feel like the Iwill P4S is THE board to have.
There are MANY boards to choose from ...
which one should you buy?
I would need to ask some questions to help you pick the best board for you ...

Are you working within a budget?
How fast (how much$) a CPU do you really NEED?
What type of memory do you want to use?
You can find solutions for PC-133 SDRAM, PC-2100 DDR or PC-800 RDRAM
Do you have memory you plan to "re-use" for this system?
Do you need/want any other specific features?
IDE RAID, Hardware Sound, On Board 10/100 LAN, AGP PRO, USB 2.0, iEEE 1394 FireWire
ATA/133 hard drive support.
Do you feel more comfortable with an Intel chipset solution or would you consider others? (Sis 645, Via P4X266/A)

lahockey, thanks for the response. The only reason I asked about the Iwill board was because it was being sold by the same company I was thinking about buying my CPU from.. I'll probably put a 1.5-1.7 in it and reuse some of the SDRAM I have in this comp, as well as a 256mb stick I have sitting around. That's the only reason I didn't wanna go DDR, I don't feel like buying new RAM. (This is just a quick upgrade for this computer here, I'm leaving for college after next year and I'll build a totally new system for myself then.)

As far as onboard features I really don't need anything special, I wouldn't use integrated video/audio/lan/etc. but it really doesn't matter if it has that seeing as I can just disable it. Budget wise, I didn't feel like spending more than $110-$120 for a board. Suggestions? Also, if you have any recommendations on where I can find a reliable company online to purchase from if you suggest a different board. Like I had said, I just though about the Iwill because it's being sold by a company I've had good dealings with in the past.
