IWill KK266-RAID problem (registry error, hard freeze)

hi, i have a few probs with this motherboard. in win2k, any heavy disk activity and my comp will freeze, this is after a clean format and install with the latest AMI raid drivers. i am not running raid, just the hard drives on the raid controllers. in windows ME, once in a while i get registry errors, this is random and it says error accessing the registry and it will repair and restart. after restart it is just like clean install, no drivers no nothing, and i have to do everything again. this is also on clean format and install. what may the problems be?? im running my ram at spec, which is 133 cas3 (runs cas2 fine, but left it at default for testing purposes). specs:

Hello there... have you tried downloading the latest bios from Iwill web site. It claims to have solved some of the random freezing and data lost.
