What's everyone's thoughts on this motherboard. Is it as good as it is supposed to be or not? I just ordered one (rev. 1.2) and want to know if I should be regretting it.
What I'll be using with it:
Thunderbird 1.2GHz, 266MHz FSB
768MB Micron PC-133 CL2 RAM
Asus V7700Deluxe (GeForce2 GTS) 64MB-DDR
SoundBlaster Live! X-Gamer 5.1
1x WD 20.5GB 7200rpm ATA66
Enermax 450Watt PSU (EG465P-VE FC)
Win98SE

Should my setup work?

I amusing the non-raid version. Yes, it is a very good board and yes with your setup you should have no problems.

PS. Thats a lot of ram.:Q I think Win98 can only handle 512 megs though, you might want to check into that.

Actually Win95 and Win98 can handle up to 2GB of RAM. :)

It was so cheap anyway ($66CAN for each 256MB strip) I thought what the heck! :)
Anyone else have any opinions of this board?

I've been running mine for a couple of months now and am extremely happy with it. Very stable board (and very overclocker friendly, too).

One of the best KT133A boards, it's basically a draw between it and Asus A7V133. Both are stable, high performing, have RAID (KK266-R talking about here), Ocing options, just about anything you'd want in a board.

P.S. I would've gotten DDR, but I guess it's too late for that.
