Iwill kk266-r ....Sandra Sisoft reports pci latency too high...how do I.....

I was wondering how do I change the pci latency? My Dlink 10/100 was reported by Sandra Sisoft as hogging the pci bus. The pci latency was too high. I've looked inside the bios and I couldn't find anything that could change the pci latency. I'm using the luckydaze bios rev KKR0515.

I have been using wpcredit and wpcrst to change the cooling aspects of my athlon cpu and it worked great! All i know is that the registers 70-77 control the cpu and pci, but I don't know which values to use.
