I just got a Game Theater XP and was trying to disable the onboard sound through bios. However, I could not find the option anywhere.. so, I looked in the motherboard manual and found the option. However, it was not present in the BIOS, it just skipped it for some reason. Any clue why? btw, I did flash the newest bios version from IWILL a month ago or so.

Thanks

Yes, there is a jumper on the motherboard by PCI slot #4 you need to move. Your motherboard manual will even show you the jumper.

* I asked the exact question a while back, hehe. ;)

There is a jumper on the left side of the board, right next to the PCI slots. Right next to the audio chip, the jumper needs to be put into the disabled position. No offense, but you might want to read the mobo manual because it clearly explains this to you.

Yeah, just check the manual... there is a jumper. I have the ka266-r with the gtxp and i'm running fine. I'm looking at my manual and it's on the bottem left directly in front of the bottemmost pci slot.
