Iwill KK266-R: does it take XP's?

I just ordered another 1600+ and I want to drop it into my Iwill KK266-R, but I'm not sure if it accepts XP's. Does anyone have experience with this board using XP processors?

Is a bios flash going to be in order?

I think the general consensus is that it might work, it might not. Some people have gotten them to run flawlessly, while others have stability problems.

From the Iwill KK266 FAQ:
These boards have not consistantly shown to be compatible with Athlon XP, despite bios upgrades to enable compatibility. It's a roll of the dice.
