Iwill KK266-R BIOS UPDATE

Has anyone used the update for the Iwill KK266-R? If so, is it safe to use? I really want to know because the past two mobo's I have had have become toast because of bad bios flash files... so I plead that somebody let me know if this is a good file.

can't help with telling you if there are any problems with that bios but in view of your history, this may be a prudent investment!
