Okay, this is giving me a helluva time.
I managed, after much difficulty, to get the damn Raid drivers installed and XP Pro installed. Formatted C:\to be 8GB, installed XP Pro, booted into windows.
oddly enough, i saw no icons on the desktop, but I have zero experience with XP, so I wasn't too concerned.
anyway, I try to format the other partitions, and then my computer spontaneously reboots and I get sent into an endless spiral of reboots. It doesn't get into windows. I get to the "windows did not shut down normally" message, and I have tried booting normally, last good config, safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with cmd prompt, and I can't get anywhere.
HELP! Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've never had such a royal pain in theass. I don't see a whole lot of kk266 posts here, so I don't know.
