Iwill KK266 + GF4 Ti4600 + SCSI = No Go?

Ok, here's what I used to have:

Mobo: Iwill KK266-R
AGP: Creative Labs GeForce 2 GTS
PCI2: Voodoo 3 3000
PCI3: SB Live!
PCI4: Adaptec 29160 SCSI Card
PCI5: Netgear 10/100 NIC

Which worked fine, but then I bought a Visiontek GF4 Ti4600, so the setup went to:

Mobo: Iwill KK266-R
AGP: Visiontek GF4 Ti4600
PCI3: SB Live!
PCI4: Adaptec 29160 SCSI Card
PCI5: Netgear 10/100 NIC

And while I have this setup the BIOS will detect the SCSI card (Mass Storage Controller), but will not run the SCSI BIOS, which means I can't boot to my SCSI drive.

Now here's the weird part....I got the card about 3 months ago, and had this issue. I played with it for a while and somehow managed to get it working. I think I had to install winxp with the voodoo 3 installed & then switch the vid. cards or something like that. I don't remember exactly. Anyways today I turned it on & it went back to the same old issue & no matter how hard I try I can't figure out how to get it working again. Anyone have any ideas?

Here's some basic things I've tried:
New BIOS(es)
pulled all but SCSI & Video card
tried different PCI slots for SCSI card
tried a warm boot

If your trying to Install WinXP your gonna need to use an old video card to do it. XP and 2K have and Issue with the GF3 and GF4 cards that gives a Black screen while installing the OS. I ran into this myself about 3 weeks ago. I had to put in my TNT2 to get XP installed than switched cards and put back in my GF3.

I tried that & as soon as I put the GF4 back in the SCSI BIOS dissapeared & it said "Invalid Boot Disk..." (It wasn't detecting the SCSI card). I think I'm just going to buy a new mobo/CPU/RAM combo. I've been wanting to go to 3 systems anyways.
