IWILL KK266 APOLLO VIA OR ALI CHIPSET??

Which chipset is better? the Apollo VIA or the Ali MAGiK chipset? Also, I heard a lot of people complaining about this mobo when they are OVERCLOCKING. If I don't plan to overclock, will I be fine? And heres the link for all the IWILL mobos at newegg.com

I just want to know which is the best socket a mobo you can buy right now, and does RAID make a difference in the performance of gaming and whatnot?

Depends... do you want to have to buy DDR ram, or just normal PC133? The ALI chipset is on the KA266 chipset, and the Via is on the KK266. Both boards are very good... although I've seen many more posts about the KK266.

It depends on what you want to do... pricewise, the Via and PC133 is the way to go, and it is almost as fast as DDR Ram.

Edit: as far as I know, RAID will not give you any added gaming performance, but I'm not very knowledgeable about RAID... it's a new thing to me.
