IWill KA266-R won't post, need help

I can't get my board to POST. I've got an AMD 1200 cpu in it. I pulled the jumper off so the board is set for 133. Initially I would get one long BIOS beep. I switched my power supply from 115v to 230v and the beep went away, but it still won't do anything. I've tried it with an AGP card, and a PCI card, and I've moved the RAM from slot0 to slot2 without results. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Similar thing happened to me. Turns out I had somehow loosened the power connector to the board. Long shot, I know....

I figured it out. I was using ECC modules, and the board doesn't support ECC
