What heatsink/fan combo fits easily and works well? I am considering the FOP32-1 or the FOP38-1. Any thoughts about these?

The globalwin heatsinks perform pretty well. The FOP38 is very very loud though. Check out anand's heatsink roundup
It should point you in the right direction.
