Iwill K266-R: I don't understand how many drives can I have?

I'm thinking about getting the Iwill K266-R but I don't understand, how many harddrives can I have and how many cd rom drives can I have, can someone plz explain this...

The RAID version will allow 4 IDE devices using the RAID ports and 4 IDE using the IDE connectors...sounds like a total 8 to me.
