IWILL DVD266-R Beep Codes

Last night we had a bad thunderstorm here. This morning, I found my server making some nasty noises (blank screen). I restarted it, but the beeping continued and the screen remained blank (no POST, no nothing). The motherboard is an IWILL DVD266-R.

I haven't been able to find the beep codes for the BIOS. The manual on IWILL's website does not list them. It sounds a beep for about 3-4 seconds and then pauses for a couple of seconds and repeats. It doesn't stop.

Does anyone have any ideas!?!
