Im doing fine right now,,, but wouldn't mind a 8 core or 10 core chip. Why is Intel soo hush on this. Haswell first releases as mobile chips. In 2014 they will have chips for enthusiast and more then 4 core chips.

Im not interested in Haswells GPU performance as I will disable that first thing I do. It gives nothing else but better TDP. Low TDP, super fast GPU on CPU is the point of Haswell. If you want a real monster chip this year you wait for the Ivy Bridge E in June hopefully.

IMO Ivy Bridge E will blow away every desktop CPU in 2013. Haswell might mature in 2014 to give enthusiasts nice CPUs.

Ivy E 6 to 12 cores.
Haswell = 4 cores 8 threads for desktops late 2013 beginning of 2014.
