I wouldn't have been as obvious as having the connections come from China.
Recently I had an issue with some HP hardware. The tech was some dude in Ireland and I was have trouble hearing him. So rather than have him to communicate to me what he needed, I just gave him control of the remote session. I then played sudoku and surfed while he cleared up the issues. Sure we pay for the contract... but I though this could translate easily into everything I do... just had to find some dude in India who stayed up late and needed a little extra cash.
