I've stopped improving. How to get back on the wagon?

In virtually every field of endeavor, most people learn quickly at first, then more slowly and then stop developing completely.

I've become financially comfortable. With that, I've lost that hunger to strive for more.

If you've stopped improving yourself, then started again, HOW DID YOU DO IT?
