I've never been this unexcited to get a new computer.

The computer I ordered from Dell is going to be delivered tomorrow and I really couldn't care less. I think I would have been happier if I had spent the $1800 (which includes a monitor) on a new set of golf clubs and a vacation.

UPDATE: I take back everything I said. The computer handles everything I throw at it with such ease. :thumbsup:

LOL, I built my "gaming rig" PC in 2003 with a Athlon 3200+, Raptor 74 and a gig of generic RAM and haven't touched it since. Runs fine and can still play any game I'd care to with the 6800GT I got running in it.

Don't get me wrong though, if I had the money to spend, I'd be upgrading or replacing my PC's all the time.

Indeed. Aside from maybe Maple (what is it?) I can pretty much do everything that he mentioned on my 1.4Ghz Thunderbird.
