I've lost nearly 20 lbs in the last three months...

Without exercising or anything. I've stopped drinking pop and I've started eating much more fruit, meat, yogurt; if I have a sandwich, I have it with whole-grain bread, etc. I was impressed with myself, but I still have fifty pounds to go. (ideal weight is around 175)

Anyone else lose some weight lately?

I have no idea how many calories I'm eating. Lots of water, that's all I know.

I'm 20.

Congrats man. Keep it up.

Add some exercise in if you like. If not a clean solid diet will do wonders for you.

sodas have around 15 tea spoons of sugar in! Not good for anyone.........

I haven't lost a pound over the past 2 months which is not my intention. I've been running 4 miles a day and lifting weights 3 times a week. I've also cut out all sweets, junk food, pop, and anything else bad for me. I'm taking the protein drinks twice a day too.

But I have dropped a pants size and lost most of my flabby arse; losing fat and gaining muscle. My legs are definitely more toned and my double chin has been reduced by 75%. I've got tons more energy throughout the day which is very nice. I used to just collapse after a day at the office with a beer and whatever microwavable dinner was in the freezer. Not anymore.

I'm at 15% body fat down from 21% when I started.

Yeah, I need to start exercising. Starting to lose muscle tone. My ideal workout schedule would just be running four days a week, machines three days. Nothing intensive (I've done that for the last two years, meh).

I've lost 11lb over the last few months by working out quite a bit and eating more protein, less carbs. :p

i lost like 45 pounds in 5 months came down from a 40" pants to 32"

worked out 7 days a week, burnt 700 calories every workout session on the treadmaill

How many calories would you burn if you run 20 minutes at 6mph which is 2miles? I just started a running routine at my schools small gym. I feel like I get a good work out, Im not completely exhausted, I think I could go for an extra 5 min before I have to stop. I weigh ~200lbs, stand 5' 9". 18 yrs.

I am 5'10" and 150lbs.

4.5miles on a treadmill @ 6.5mph = 550calories burned.

I don't know how the weight influences how many calories you burn:confused:

I have cut down to only one coffer a day.
Got rig of the coke almost a year ago..or like 9 months ago.
no more fast food restaurant....
i have not lose any weight :( i weight about 130

I had gained 5-6 lbs :( since last year..... lost most of my muscles due to laziness. Just started my exercise schedule once again since summer whether just arrived. :) boy does my arms and legs hurt. but i'll keep up. I'm 5'10, 175LBs ------->goal is 160Lbs. cheer for me please :)
